5. Third-Party Services
Cloudflare Turnstile
Our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving CAPTCHA alternative. We use Turnstile in invisible mode — no challenge is presented to you, but Turnstile analyses signals in the background to distinguish humans from bots.
Cloudflare may collect certain technical information (such as IP address and browser attributes) as part of this verification. This data is processed by Cloudflare and is subject to their privacy practices. For full details, see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Policy Addendum .
Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
Where enabled and with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to collect anonymised usage data. Google's data processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We have configured these tools to respect your consent choices via Google's Consent Mode v2.
Google Ads
Where enabled and with your consent, we use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. No advertising cookies are set without your explicit consent.
Meta (Facebook) Pixel
Where enabled and with your consent, we use the Meta Pixel to measure conversions and improve the targeting of ads on Meta platforms. The Pixel is not loaded unless you explicitly accept tracking cookies. Meta's data processing is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy and Data Policy.
6. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter in case of follow-up. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
